    We anticipate a strong lease up period and aggressive interest from long term investment groups. Our goal is to exit the project upon completion of construction and stabilization of asset.

    Market conditions are indicating a 3-6 year hold period with projected IRR exceeding 15%. This project is poised to deliver strong returns for our investment partners.
